Assess, Repair, Maintain. A full roadmap built in answer to what the company’s Medical Directors and Clinical Advisory Board have reported.
CLEARWATER, FL, UNITED STATES, August 25, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Genesis Regenerative has launched the Roadmap to Health, bringing genomic testing, regenerative proteins, and peptide therapy together into a single roadmap. The company describes the three stages as Assess, Repair, and Maintain.
The first stage is genomic testing. Pharmacogenomic and nutrigenomic panels provide insight into how a patient may respond to prescriptions, diet, exercise, and environmental factors, so a plan can be built around that individual rather than the presenting symptom. The second is the Regenerative Protein Array (RPA), the company’s preparation of regenerative proteins. The third is a needle-free transdermal patch delivering peptides and therapeutics, such as NAD+, which gives a clinician something to offer at the point where a course of care would otherwise end.
The Roadmap follows guidance from the company’s medical leadership. Members of the Genesis Medical Directors and Clinical Advisory Board have reported that clinical outcomes in their own practices were enhanced and more durable when advanced diagnostic testing and support therapies were used alongside regenerative therapies. The Roadmap is the company’s answer to them.
Dr. Robert Kornfeld, DPM, a member of the Genesis Regenerative Clinical Advisory Board, has been making a version of this argument for most of his career. He entered private practice in 1982 as a conventional foot and ankle surgeon. He has spent decades insisting that a patient be assessed as a whole — diet, lifestyle, environment, physiology, and genetic vulnerabilities — before anyone goes after the presenting health concern, and teaching that conviction to other clinicians through the Institute for Functional Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Kornfeld says: “I began my career in a traditional paradigm, relying on drugs and surgery to heal my patients. Through a personal experience, I was introduced to a more holistic approach to healing, and it was powerful. For the past 38 years, I have dedicated my career to understanding the mechanisms behind the chief complaint and presenting pathology. We must assess and manage these mechanisms to enable a more efficient and responsive immune system that is optimized for healing.
“That is where regenerative medicine comes in. We use our injections to signal the immune system to enter repair mode. Working with the human body to do what it does naturally always yields better outcomes. Once the issue has healed, our role is to maintain the healing we have accomplished through maintenance protocols designed to facilitate systemic and local homeostasis.”1
His three stages match the Roadmap’s three stages. What Genesis has done is put the assessment and the maintenance within reach of any clinician in the network who wants to practice that way, alongside the regenerative therapy they were already using.
The Roadmap to Health is available now to clinicians across the Genesis network, extending the company’s commitment to offering support and education with more than just a product.
