Intangles, whose digital twin technology is trusted by fleet owners worldwide to diagnose developing problems from a vehicle’s own sensor data before a fault code or warning light appears, today announced the opening of its first U.S. headquarters at 5601 Executive Drive in Irving, Texas. The office marks Intangles’ first physical U.S. footprint – the company previously operated domestically as a virtual team – and will serve as its hub for client engagement, installations and operational growth across North America.

Intangles chose the Dallas-Fort Worth area for its central location, proximity to major trucking corridors and access to fleet, logistics and technology talent. It currently employs 15 people across the region and expects to reach 100 by the end of 2027, adding roles across customer success, commercial operations, installation and other functions.

While many fleet technology providers describe themselves as AI-powered and predictive, most still work the same way – waiting for a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) to fire, then applying machine learning to patterns in that code history. Intangles goes further upstream — beyond the GPS tracking, driver scorecards and fuel monitoring any fleet expects from a telematics platform. Its proprietary InGenious solution continuously reads more than 450 real-time signals from a vehicle’s engine, aftertreatment, brakes, battery/alternator and air intake systems (most telematics systems read only one or two of these in isolation) and aggregates them into a physics-based digital twin — a live virtual model of that specific vehicle — inside Intangles’ InRoute platform. Physics based AI layered on top of that model flags developing issues in real-time, based on how the vehicle is actually behaving rather than a fixed schedule. Instead of stopping at an alert, InRoute delivers a technician-ready diagnosis and repair recommendation built from that vehicle’s actual condition, rather than a generic fault-code lookup.

Across its global client base, Intangles reports up to 96% accuracy predicting major component failures, up to 75% reductions in unplanned breakdown events and 2%-10% better fuel efficiency.
