As we launch our Veterans Choose offering, Kelsey, who serves as Vice President of FMS Operations, brings significant knowledge of self-direction and years of experience serving individuals who direct their own care. She most recently served as the FMS National Director for Mains’l Services. Before that, she held a series of roles at Lifeworks Services, guiding their FMS work.

Kelsey brings her extensive experience and expertise to a team developing new technology that simplifies the day-to-day operations of FMS for Veteran-Directed Care. Veterans Choose represents a new kind of FMS, built on innovative technology and supported by BeneLynk’s more than 10 years of national advocacy experience.
